Jess grew up locally and graduated Carroll High School in 2011. After graduation, she pursued a career as a hairdresser, but always had varied interests. She joined the Westside Team in 2021 as a Kennel Assistant and cross- trained as a receptionist.  Hers is  one of the friendly faces you will meet when entering Westside. Jess is a mother of a little boy, but also has two dogs; Chloe and Maverick, her newest edition is a Holland Lop (rabbit) named Twix. She also cares for a menagerie of plants. Jess is an avid gardener and helps to keep all of our lobby plants happy and healthy, ensuring that our facility is a welcoming place to visit!
